Al Andrews is the director of Porter’s Call, a ministry to recording artists in Franklin, Tennessee. This ministry to recording artists and their families began in 2001. Al offers counsel and support.

He also self published a children’s book titled, The Boy, The Kite, and the Wind.

Most recently he has founded a charitable enterprise known as Improbable Philanthropy. Al Andrews devotes 100% of the profits of his children’s books to charities that aid children in crisis and inner city initiatives.

The Christmas book titled ‘Real’ is now available on Kindle. For the second year in a row he willl be reading the text of the story at the Polk Theater in Nashville, Tn. for the Dave Barnes Christmas concert.

Good things come in small packages and Al Andrews’ “A Walk One Winter Night” is proof of that!!!
