This really is a great book for anyone from first-time juicers to experienced.
I love that the author takes you step by step and tells you everything you want to know about the benefits and how to of juicing.
The recipes I’m here are simple and the ones I sampled for myself were delicious and gave me the energy I wanted without the crash from caffeine and sugar.
I loved the way the recipes were color categorized, this made it super simple to find exactly what you were looking for.
Probably my fave section was the remedy juice section, where Cherie gives great fruit and veggie combos for pretty much anything that’s ailing you from a sore throat to anxiety to hypertension…it’s all here!
